Previously: Headmistress Jubilee prepares her staff for the new semester at Xavier’s. Aiding her for the year ahead are Julian Keller, Dr. McCoy, The Stepford Cuckoos, Laura Kinney, and Bryce Forbes. Among the various students are Trevor Day, Anna-Lee Roberts, Vivienne Worthington, Nilvia Hallows, Wyatt Lynche, and new comer Jackson Myles. Anna-Lee and Nilvia rekindle and old friendship while things start off rocky between Trevor and Jackson. The stoic Vivienne displays mild affections for her instructor, Julian, which earns some odd glances from Laura. Dr. McCoy fits Wyatt with an inhibitor collar specifically designed to help keep his alter egos from taking control. The Cuckoos dismiss Trevor’s complaints about his roommate and ponder the boy’s upcoming reaction to his teammates in Squadron 13...
