Neutron was difficult. The base figure used was a Bishop. I added Das Pronto to the hair, to make it look bigger. The balls in the gloves and the boots are made from Sculpey. I wanted to cut the hand cuffs off, but I got lazy. I first spray painted the figure with a flat black, then using an old toothbrush filled with white acrylic paint I "sprayed" gently all over the figure, then hand painted the rest.
