The base figure was an "Another Universe Wonderman" or something. I sanded down the hair and then added Das Pronto to cover the mess I did :P, and with Das Pronto I made the shoulder pads, too. The belt is a rubber band, and the hair is made with a toothpaste tube, BTW, that was the most difficult part of the process. You can see his baldy head from behind. I painted the figure with acrilycs.
